Rehabilitation of an old apartment located in an historical site in Lisbon.After structural analysis we found out that we could take advantage of an hidden attick and provide more light to the house and gain extra space.The original project hadn't a kitchen opened towards the living room so we articulated both spaces and an upper access to the upper floor. The living room is facing south and has river view thru the mansard windows which, with the creation of an open space, provide the whole area with plenty of light.The apartment had 4 rooms and 1 complete bathroom and we created two bedroom suites plus one complete bathroom and a service W.C. for the living room.All the architectural project and interior design was made by Feeders architects.
