Located amongst palaces and high profile skyscrapers on the Cornich Street of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, the new 840 ft, 146,500 sf mixed-use Regent Emirates Pearl Hotel development visually dominates the coastline and set new standards in contemporary luxury hotel design. The project provides some of the best views of the Capital City, the turquoise sea water and the luxurious Emirates.
The Emirates Pearl Hotel presents a unique appearance from every perspective. With two semi-circular hotel wings spiral upwards around an elliptical circulation core, the tower features a 45–story twisting elliptical floor plan and columns which contains 60 luxury serviced apartments occupying levels one thru ten and a five-star hotel with 437 guestrooms including presidential and royal suites occupying the remaining levels 11 thru the Roof. All the rooms have balconies which define the building’s characteristic outward appearance with a linear composition of railing elements. Coated glass panes provide sun protection and open up views, metal louvers complement these elements. The lower portion of the tower provides restaurants, retail areas, spas, swimming pools, gym, and five levels of underground parking.
