A housing estate on the Charlottenburg/Spandau border in Berlin was acquired by a large German property fund. The complex, originally constructed in the 1970s features an 8 storey tower and a 5 storey slab block set in lush landscaping.

RBA was commissioned to develop, present and confirm concepts for the modernisation of the facades of this complex, including cost calculations and materials to support the investment decision. Designs were developed after detailed study of the existing property, coupled with close attention to the strategic aims of the client.

In a further phase RBA has just been commissioned to provide detailed planning, specification and site supervision to completion.
