Principal Carlos Hernandez, Director of Operations Management and
Principal Lucas Cadavid, Director of Design, lead a talented staff skilled in
many areas of architectural design, graphic design, interior design, zoning
studies, and best construction practices.
All projects go through a “think tank session” (charette process) and
are carefully studied from the client’s perspective, the end user, building
performance and overall site context.
Design decisions are made through mutual collaboration with the entire
project team. “We strongly believe team
involvement is essential early in the process to maximize efficiency and to
