The project involves a major redevelopment of the existing sports center, aimed at regulatory compliance, functional expansion, and energy efficiency improvements of the facilities. The intervention includes the spectator stands, the areas beneath the stands, the locker rooms, and the playing field.
The areas beneath the stands will be fully renovated, creating new accessible restrooms, technical spaces, and a multifunctional room available to the sports club and the community. The stands will be upgraded to meet fire safety regulations, with the installation of monoblock seating, reorganization of escape routes, and a new safety access point.
The locker rooms will be renovated and expanded according to CONI standards, with new rooms for referees, an infirmary, facilities for people with disabilities, and efficient systems based on heat pumps and solar thermal energy.
The playing field will be completely regenerated and converted for shared football-rugby use, with new turf, drainage systems, and an automated irrigation system powered by collected rainwater.
The entire project is focused on environmental sustainability, with the installation of photovoltaic systems, external insulation, disassemblable materials, and low-energy consumption systems.
