This proposal was sent to various agencies and politicians regarding what to do with eastern central Florida's future post space industry.Converting US 1 from highway to avenue would provide the infrastructural backbone to business while waterfront development puts more focus on recreation.The idea was to bring back the nature and character of Florida towns before the Space Age. The increases in density, the wide range of housing types and recreation would hopefully turn many small Florida coastal towns from highway exits to destinations.
