The project was implemented for the reconstruction of the attic of the building of the plant control of one of the factories in St. Petersburg in 1997. A three-story building with a gable roof, the walls are made of bricks. Floors connect the vertical ladder located next to the entrance to the building. On the instructions on the projected attic is supposed to be positioned several offices for employees and executive offices.
The building entrance and internal staircase located at one end of the building. On the designed attic from the inside staircase the second light illuminated hallway leads to the opposite end of the building, which is adjacent to the outside of the open evacuation staircase. On one side of the corridor there are three offices for the staff, on the other - secretarial, office of the director and the chief engineer, and a bathroom with shower.
From the office’s side the roof is solved in a different-height waves kind that made it possible to arrange the windows, not only at the outer walls of the building, but also in its depth. From the offices of leader, facing southeast supposed inclined glazing tape from the floor. On this side of the "waves" are combined into one and become the overhanging sloping glazed visor, which prevents the penetration of direct sunlight in the room.
The design of the roof is projected from arcuate glued wooden beams. Coating made of shingles.
