A combination of old and new – that‘s typical of this ground floor reconstruction. Over a ten year period the entry hall, bathroom, living room and kitchen have all been modernised, and all floor and wall tiling has been replaced.
In the hall, there is now an impressive, large built-in wardrobe. This was created by constructing a new wall, which closed the original door between the kitchen and the hall. The colours of the wardrobe and the floor are coordinated and the entrance is both very stylish and welcoming.
The bathroom is fresh and stylish as well. The primary result of its new layout is a maximazation of storage space. The symbol of the luxury in the bathroom is the designer shower panel. The contrast between the white lavatory and the grey tiles creates a nice and elegant space completed by a mirror with a white decorative frame.
The living room interior was also upgraded, with new furniture and lighting design. From the dining table there is now a beautiful view of the garden. The living room has been decorated in sandy and brown shades, with the remaining colours coming from the garden itself thanks to big french windows and Mother Nature, who changes the ambient decoration all year round.
