In order to increase the working space of the court building in Presevo, resorted to the possibility of upgrading the fourth floor of the existing building. The building's distinctive appearance, typical of post-modern style with a massive, concrete, vertical elements that dominate on the front facade. The base is characteristic of the businesses on that time, with a range of office and communication that follows them throughout the length and separated from the utility rooms. On the ground floor there is a rent space with glass portals full storey height.Because of the specific basis and without the need to drastically change the basis of typical floor, our focus was on the facade of the building. For economic, technical and esthetic reasons, the aim was the removal of concrete facade elements that are obsolete in the exterior, the rooms and limited sunshine and burden supporting construction. Instead of the old facade is used glass facade and lighter aluminum carrier. Avoiding themonotony of glass curtain we inserted a dominant, full visual element that separates the ground floor and the existing levels, extends vertically to the floor and added separates it from the existing works. Its function is not only a esthetic. It becomes a small balcony on the basis of new floor and gives users the option to go out of their offices. Changed the roof of the building andcover part of the new line comes out the building and dramatic impact on the facade. In order to facilitate the design and game elements, protruding into the ceiling is sliced a circular hole that enhances the overall impression.
