Our reconstruction project in Orenburg, a regional center of Russia, is an example of a historic industrial building being carefully converted into a modern office center.The building is a former flour mill, unique in Russia, built in 1894 in a style typical of the industrial centers of London and central Europe.For Orenburg it is the first reconstruction in loft style, a style that is popular in America and Western Europe.The following basic principles are being adhered to in the project:- Dynamic architectural form: combination of historical and contemporary parts of the building.- Comprehensive design solutions: all design solutions tailored to the appointment of an object - a modern office center. Uses modern security system, ventilation, heating, electricity- Careful preservation of the building’s historical value: modern part of the building is stylistically compatible with the historical part. Preserved and restored the appearance of buildings, structural elements inside the building replaced by modern, but retained the historic character.- Emotional stylistic solutions.
