A once thriving hub of innovation in the Hudson Valley sat empty for nearly 20 years. When a local lighting manufacturer took over the 10,000SF campus they envisioned it as a catalyst for a new generation of design and production. That vision came to life by creating a streamlined factory and design headquarters that uses light and form to define space. Lighting accentuates the bones of this once-great building; integrating within it. With a desire for a minimal and serene atmosphere, the team developed flexible zones within large spaces, and built a sense of connection and movement throughout each area.
