Concept
In the Express road to Viana, near of Luanda's centre, a new commercial and enterprise space have born, The Rayan Centre, a iconic complex wich wants to catch everybody attentions and become a nodal point in Luanda's
urban area.
This building is composed of 5 volumes, wich represents 3 phases of construction:
-the first one, will be the construction of an 2 floors retail building next to an reconstructed old warehouse, wich should become the retail zone;
-the second phase, contiguous to the aforementioned volume, will rise with a 6 floor building, with mix uses;
-the last phase, adds 2 perpendicular volumes, with two retail's floors and 2 office's floors.
Circulation is guaranteed between buildings, through galleries and walkways.
The parking is underground, wich allows the visitors to use the ground square with all convenience and privileges.
