A narrow, ingrown gravel path leads up the hill in Feldafing and gives no hint of the jewel that lies hidden up here. A black designer villa sits enthroned behind high hedges, elegant and minimalist from the English-style garden to the custom-made roof made of perforated aluminum. The interior is also tasteful – every door and every cupboard is custom-made from the highest quality materials, color-coordinated with the dark floor. Those who climb the minimalist spiral staircase to the second floor, however, are faced with the real highlight: a wide glass front offers a sweeping panoramic view over Lake Starnberg and the entire Alpine chain. This unusual property was designed by renowned interior designer Bettina Conze and follows a unique concept from the basement to the unusual roof construction. Exclusive materials, elegantly minimalist furnishings and the functional room layout combine to create a mix of elegance and function.
In order to market the property, which consists of two villas and a generous plot of land, appropriately, we first produced extensive stock photography from the ground and from the air, which served as the basis for high-quality architectural visualizations. The result is an impressive series of motifs that gives the unusual architecture the stage it deserves.
