FEH Associates developed a design that represents a mix of the old and new at the Grand View campus. The Rasmussen Center for Community Advancement Professions incorporates the stately identifying features of the "Old Main" Humphrey Center with its own state-of-the-art characteristics.
The Rasmussen Center sits on a very prominent corner and has become the gateway to the campus. It houses several academic departments including: Art and Graphic Design, education, Psychology, Sociology, History and Political Science. In addition, the building provides space for the University's Center of Teaching and Learning, the Writing Center and the College for Professional and Adult Learning.
