The project is located in Lare Village, Tibet, with G318 National Road in the north and Ranwu Lake in the south. Ranwu Lake is the largest lake in eastern Tibet and the main source of Parlung Tsangpo, a tributary of Yarlung Zangbo. The G318 national road on the north side of the project site meanders, and it will be 100 meters from Basu to Ranwuzhen checkpoint in Bomi. On the south side is Ranwu Lake Xiahu • Leng'an Jiabu Lake, which is the best stop for self-driving travelers to enjoy the beauty of Ranwu Lake. The campsite covers a total area of about 200 acres. The overall terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with an elevation of about 4,000 meters and a maximum height difference of 14 meters between north and south, which is a gentle slope terrain. There are open lakes around the project, 900 meters wide from north to south and 2.5 kilometers long from east to west. The camp has towering snow mountains in the north and south, and the surrounding landscape resources are excellent.
The project site is nearly four thousand meters above sea level, with extreme weather and difficult transportation. Therefore, we decided to use the smallest area of site reconstruction to maximize the protection of the environment and use multiple ecological and environmental protection measures. At the same time, we combined with the local ethnic culture to create a sustainable development camp that is symbiotic with nature, co-prosperity with the site, easy for tourists to use, and conducive to commercial operations.
The camp consists of a comprehensive service center, 9 high-end resort hotels, a leisure bar, a leisure tea bar, a Tibetan specialty exhibition and sales center, a BBQ self-service barbecue, a medical rescue center, a star-rated bathroom facility, a camping tent, 176 car parking spaces, 5 It consists of two parking spaces for tourist buses and seven parking spaces for RVs.
All buildings are treated with overhead overhead, and accurate calculations are made according to the changes in the water level of Ranwu Lake and the viewing line and viewing angle. From south to north, the terrain is from low to high, and the buildings are raised in sequence from the lake case bar. Using the height difference of the original terrain, combined with the height adjustment of the building's overhead layer, it is ensured that the buildings from the lake to the 318 National Road are raised in sequence and not blocked from each other. Through the height adjustment of the overhead layer, the overall structure of the main structure of the tourism service center is higher than 318 The national highway is 6 to 8 meters, and a landscape lighthouse about 20 meters high is set at the entrance of Lin 318 national highway, so as to ensure the safety, visibility and maximum utilization of landscape resources of the project.
The main building's appearance was inspired by the architect's first arrival at the site and witnessed the lone eagle hovering over the surface of Ranwu Lake. The architect wanted to leave this shocking scene by the lake, so the abstract appearance of the building presents this attitude. The main building is constructed with irregular lines of white solids and a large amount of transparent glass. The plane and vertical shape changes are finally connected to the ground with a gentle slope, which conforms to the terrain. At the same time, the eagle is an important totem in Tibetan culture, which is also a demonstration of the locality of the project. It integrates national culture into the building and coexists with the building.
In order to reduce the impact of the project on the land and surrounding environment as much as possible, and to better protect the natural environment of the "Ranwu Lake Scenic Spot" in the project area, we combined the difficulty of the material and material transportation in the project location, the impact of climate conditions on the construction Factors, in addition to the use of reinforced concrete for the structural foundation of the entire project, the rest of the building is constructed of fabricated steel structures. Therefore, the construction of the project has absolute advantages in environmental protection, construction period, material transportation, earthquake resistance and other aspects.
In order to get the maximum view of the lake, we have calculated and deduced many times, and the result is that the main building of the comprehensive service center extends along the 318 National Road horizontal fold line about 80 meters, the bottom of the building is about 8 meters overhead, and the lakeside Floor-to-ceiling glass and a large cantilevered viewing terrace are set along the lake to ensure that the side of the main building facing the lake has excellent viewing views.
