This building represents an
evolution of a South African architectural language. The philosophy was to
create a pure, multi-functional space, utilising all the views available on the
site and their relevant connection to nature, as well as a series of re-used
local materials and in so doing, create an iconic building that represents a
contemporary extension of a traditional South African language.
