The city of Rakvere in Estonia calls for an international competition to redesign the church of St. Paul into a new music room dedicated to the Estonian composer Arvo Part , besides designing the public space in front of the temple, the Vabaduse square (freedom square).The urban proposalA central street with two roundabouts that solves the urban problem maximizes the use road space a into a public square. The space opposite the church of st. Paul grows significantly works as a meeting place before and after the music events .The concert HallLEAP chose to take out theArvo Pärt concert Hall into a building attached to the church of St. Paul by connecting one of the few spaces allowed, the west tower, the proposed annex building is aligned to the existing building to create a closure parameter space for the plaza. to enter the new building is necessary to enter through the temple and within this is where lies the small village of music and art gallery in the program requested .
