Our team was pleased to collaborate with RaceTrac on their first-ever urban location in downtown Atlanta, GA. This unique store is positioned on the ground floor of a luxury high-rise student dorm near Georgia State University.

This 4,000 square foot store is not only the first urban location, but is also the first built within a mixed-use development. It features components the brand is known for including Swirl World frozen dessert station, a large coffee area with freshly ground, freshly brewed coffee and a ‘Grab & Go’ hot foods kitchen. This location features a clean layout which makes it easier for customers navigate, which is important due to the high-traffic location of the store.
