The top six floors of this thirty-level apartment building are shaped in response to Council's controls protecting sunlight penetration into Aotea Square. Leuschke Group worked the controls to advantage, creating a dynamic and exciting skyline seen from many of Auckland's vantage points. The facades are lively and humane, reflecting the use of the building as residential dwellings. The completed project sits well in its environment amongst other tall buildings in Auckland's CBD.
