Quailwood Community Center is the focal point for a 280-acre master planned mixed use development in
Prescott Valley Arizona. This facility serves as the central hub for community activities, recreation, exercise, parties, staff offices, and community meetings and is simply a great place to hang out. This ability to accommodate a variety of desirable gathering places both indoors and out is expressed in an innovative floor plan and numerous exterior courtyards, terraces and covered porches. To enhance this flow and continuity between these exterior and interior spaces, masonry was used extensively in the construction of the Quailwood Community Center. The rear terraces lead the way to large pool, spa, barbeque pit, and tanning platforms. Perlman Architects worked closely with the Owner’s pool contractor and company throughout the design and construction phases.
