This 3,200 SF office is located within Qatari Diar’s first development in DC called CityCenterDC. CityCenterDC is a 10-acre mixed-use development located in the heart of the nation’s capital with 370-room luxury hotel and 70,000 square feet of large-format retail space. This project’s mandate came about through the client’s need to express transparency. All of the design components centered around visual access from the corridors and offices including the increased amount of daylight available to employees and visitors.
