Our commission for the Shapadu Group of Malaysia was won following a design competition and is to create a world-class mixed-use development which includes a new corporate headquarters, hotel, apartments and a food and retail court.
The centerpiece will be The Drum, a cylindrical office tower which will house the company headquarters and become a true landmark building through the elegance of its design, as well as providing outstanding working conditions for Shapadu staff.
Our vision for the Shapadu City Village also incorporates 145 high quality apartments with a sky garden, an impressive managed public space and a 300-room hotel with conference and function facilities operating under a strong international brand.
In addition, a restaurant quarter and retail offer featuring a mix of quality international and local brands will make the City Village attractive to all residents and workers in the local area.
