The 85-unit project faces Pushcha-Vodytsa forest park on the North-West side of Kyiv. The orthogonal plan adopts a relatively simple space organization, dividing the building into 2 volumes of different heights that overlap each other. The open tops of the volumes make terraces and rooftops fully-functional community area available to the residents.
Functionally, the building is organized in three layers: the ground floor defines comfort for the residents providing commercial daily services. Apartment floors lay above the 2nd level and the underground floor offers car parking area.
The ground floor has various service for residents: a kindergarten is located deeper into the site avoiding the road noise, a restaurant is also planned alongside with various commercial spaces to service the building.
