I have set out to change the face of the
Pushkinsky cinema for the better of Moscow and its citizens. Not only is my design practical, attractive
and sturdy, it is sustainable as well.
The implementation of the project design will encourage more sustainable
and informative remodel projects in Moscow and the world alike.
DuPont
materials will make up the majority of the project. (DuPont products may make up the entire
project?) The project calls for Stainless Steel, Copper and Cement cladding to
cover the entire outer shell of the Pushkinsky cinema. DuPont cladding is now of better design;
energy efficient, versatile and cost effective than ever before. These cladding materials give a long life,
are aesthetically pleasing, and economically applied, require little or no
maintenance and are environmentally friendly. Concrete, copper and stainless
steel embody these qualities better than any other material.
More
sustainability will be implemented in this design with highly efficient DuPont
Photovoltaic solar paneling that will cover the vast roof. The panels will be able to generate
electricity most of the year. This will
reduce the buildings overall energy grid consumption by a large percentage.
Tinted UV-Triple pane windows will also be installed for better thermal
efficiency.
Ten
large stainless steel buttresses with a copper lining will support the large
frontal curved moving marque and video wall with high tech, flexible video LED
cladding. These support systems not only offer a unique style but the round
features are a adequate tension and compression design as well.
The
design also calls for the removal of the upper deck corners for a more open
appearance. This will give the viewer an
even more appreciation for the cinema’s architecture, while letting more
natural light in to the lobby below.
I
know that my design will give an everlasting curb appeal for the Cinema as well
as the square in which will have digital sound throughout to coincide with the
cinema video advertising, Free public showings or special civil announcements.
Sincerely
“Me”
