Mulled wine, spiced dried fruits, cinnamon garlands and berries are direct inspirations of the winter van opening each winter in Edinburgh Street Food. It sells hot toddies (a traditional Scottish/Irish drink) and other hot alcoholic beverages such as mulled wines and Irish coffees.

Gloam team added beautiful flower & leaves displays in line with the colour palette of the project while Solas made a “steaming and wintery” neon sign to shine bright on the van’s roof.
