The project is located in the southern end of the San Alfonso del Mar Resort lagoon in Algarrobo Chile. Its views are oriented to the north, giving it a whole perspective of the lagoon. This particular condition within the resort generated the intention of the building: a big sheep’s bow that opens itself to the view of the lagoon and dialogues between a wind protected interior and an open perimeter in contact with the water and the landscape. To achieve this the north façade of the building has movable glass windows, that can be opened in summer and closed in winter, never interrupting the view to the lagoon.
