THE GRANARY LA SUITE HOTEL

PSZCZELARSKA VILLA

The large and modern one-family villa is located in a
fancy district of Wroclaw. Designing this house we were trying to avoid
following the typical style of one-family housing and that’s why we convinced
private investor to implement particular materials and solutions to that
project.
One of the most characteristic points of the design
was the façade on which brick type material was used. Each piece was carefully
chosen to gain perfect effect of old building. On top of that we used
industrial type material such as steel elements on the elevation and blinds.
The terrace entrance was designed similar as in office or industrial building.
