The idea behind this project is to improve Playa del Carmen infrastructure in three ways:EconomicallyEnviromentally SociallyIn ordet to achieve that bottom line of sustainability I decided to combine several uses for the building along with housing in the upper floors. That way the comercial and cultural uses would help in the economica and social development of Playa del Camen. While housing would help in the densification of the population in orther to stop the urban expansion towards the jungle which is one of the few that still exist in Mexico and the world.
