Anamorphosis of the Terra Incognita
In matter of perception and engaging with Delhi, we unanimously participate in the process of defining and excluding. The excluded and alienated is not a voided static in the urban terrain of the city, but rather each poché, encompasses in itself distinctive latent or elapsed urbanity, now oblivious to its inhabitants that either choose to, or habitually ignore the differential morphological existences.
We are questioning the legacy cultivated through the use of artistic elements like city maps, and planning system that resulted in isolation of these hidden-scapes from the everyday-ness of its citizens. It is our contention that through the art of anamorphosis, we can re-envision, re-orientate and thereby re-interpret the Terra Incognita.
