Montroy Andersen DrMarco designed this 15,357 square foot office for Prophet, an international brand and marketing consultancy. The space is the first completed interior in 160 Fifth Avenue, which recently underwent a gut renovation that was also a Montroy Andersen DeMarco project.
The design of Prophet’s workplace is characterized by fluid transition between functional areas. A creative take on the modern loft aesthetic, the space contains formal conference rooms, an informal bar/lounge area, a library, and a ‘play lab’ with display systems and tack-able panels. Other notable elements of the design include: write-able dry-erase surfaces on office walls; flooring of wood reclaimed from Massachusetts barns; and a risible garage door that connects two conference rooms.
