After the Bouillon Bilk and the Cadet, Place Carmin is the 3rd address of restaurateurs Mélanie Blanchet and François Nadon. It is a revamped version of the traditional French bistro.
For this commercial project, Clairoux was given the mandate to design a new space that is neat and airy in order to make it a more convivial, warm and bright place. The clients wanted to create a new place, create modernity and distinguish this new restaurant with a unique interior design. The designers' proposal was therefore oriented towards a contemporary, delicate and thoughtful design where the presence of wood, the contribution of natural light, then the use of a precise color palette characterize the project. There is an explosion of ceramic, saturated colors, natural light wood, and a mixture of brass, brick and concrete. On the furniture side, round chairs, choices of fabrics such as leather and faux leather in fauves colors. We let you imagine the atmosphere!
