10,000sf renovation for the premier project manager in Seattle. The client was staying within the same suite they had occupied for the past 15 years and also expanding into an adjacent space. The request was to open up to the west facing water views and feel fresh and professional without coming across as an expensive build-out. This was done through strategic use of frameless glass to let in light, wood paneling to add warmth and simple forms for a clean aesthetic.
