Ronski+Burke were asked to carry out an initial peer review of a project in central Hanover. The renovation of an historical façade had stalled due to massive cost overruns and a breakdown of communication between owner, property manager and planning consultants.
Following on from the review RBA initiated termination of existing contracts and organised a comprehensive and economically viable tender offer for the necessary remaining works to the facades.
