Paws & Palms - Exploring Co-Existence of Humans & Cats.
Project Paws & Palms, located in Hithadhoo, Seenu Atoll homes for a dozen of cats. In this project, we explored the co-existence of Humans and Cats through analyzing habits and behavior patterns we share with our furry friends.
From circulation study to space planning, we created semi-public nooks, seaters and living with views of court yard for both human and cats to interplay, play and relax. Spaces for humans to rest, observe and wind-down while elevated levels, ledges, paths and variety of indoor-outdoor allows cats to explore, observe, relax and play.
