Project: House 9-XYZ
House 9 is a project developed with the system Telescopic Modular Building.
The house is divided in three single storey modules with different height. The higher modules are with dimensions 4,50m/7,20m/4,80m (width/length/height),where the height is adjustable. The smaller module have dimensions 4,50m/7,20m/3,30m(width/length/height).The modules will be extended and the building will have total area -187,13m2.The modules of the building are oriented to the south and to the east.
The building has following rooms -large living room and dining room in one of the modules, kitchen and bathroom and technical room in the other and bedrooms, corridor and bathrooms in the third one.
In the exterior of the building are used materials like metal and light gray render for the windows' areas. The facade is treated with steel sheet cover and only around the windows is used render. The windows' frames are produced with dark gray cover, which divide large glass areas in smaller segments. The south and east facade are left opened and fully glazed, while the west and north facade are treated with small windows providing natural light and ventilation.
The form of the house is kept as linear and flat. The roof is flat and with large overhangs, offering deep shadows. Only the chimneys of the fireplace in the living room change roof's linearity.
In the interior are used monochrome finishes, wooden parquet ,wooden planking and mosaic tiles. The entrance is treated with mild grey paint, while the furniture in the whole house is treated in black and white colors. In the living room and dining room is used a combination of stripes wooden parquet, stone layer around the fireplace and gray paint on the walls. The kitchen is covered with wooden planking and are used dark gray tiles in a combination with the black and white furniture and tops(the wooden parquet differs from the rest in the house). The bathrooms are covered with gray mosaic with changing colors and striped laminate. The bedrooms are different from one another. The master bedroom is in grey colors, while the other is in wooden planking.
Thanks to Telescopic Modular Building could be achieved great variety of buildings forms and could be used all possible materials on the market.
