Oxspring Associates were commissioned to design and supervise the Architecture & Interior Design, in addition to selecting and collaborating with the landscape designer. The residence is designed in a contemporary style with strong influences from South East Asia, together with a thorough understanding of local climatic conditions. Sun orientation throughout the day and through the year has influenced the layout. The residence is scheduled to be completed in 2013.
