Code of Practice have won planning permission for a
new-build private villa in the north of Berlin. The project has
optimised views to its park-like surroundings and is designed to provide
generous and flexible living spaces within a compact and simple overall
form.
Free spanning floor slabs enable a high degree of adaptability in response to the client's evolving occupancy requirements.
The house will be largely passively heated through the use of geothermal
energy and rooftop solar collectors with a hybrid ventilation system
and heat exchanger.
Code of Practice is working on HOAI phases 1-8.
