When the client purchased the loft the broker showed them a sketch proposing the addition of a second bedroom. This proposal resulted in very poor circulation and program relations.

For the new proposal one of the living room windows is being split by the new partition wall allowing both bedrooms to be adjacent to the bathrooms. An office "cockpit" is also added to the apartment's program. A sliding panel allows the user to overlook the living room from the desk space. The existing bathroom is being split into a separate master bath and guest bath.
