Design for the extension of the first floor and the second floor. On the first floor there had to be a bathroom, closet and bedroom. On the second floor (former attic) are two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
The space on the first floor had to be as open as possible. The sleeping area is accessed through a 'walk-in' closet, the cabinet starts already in the hallway and also has a wine storage. The bathroom has become twice as big and has a glass sliding door to get extra daylight into the hallway.
