This residence is an exceptional example of modern architecture that draws inspiration from traditional Greek design, blending seamlessly into the natural landscape of the region. Built on a hillside overlooking the Aegean, the house utilizes local stone as the main construction material, creating a sense of harmony with the surroundings while also providing durability and natural insulation.
The design emphasizes the connection between the interior and exterior spaces, with large openings and arches on the ground floor. These arches, a defining element of the structure, add a classic touch and provide shaded outdoor areas, enhancing the flow between spaces. The ground floor functions as the main social area, with large windows offering unobstructed views of the sea and landscape, allowing natural light to flood the interior.
On the upper level, the bedrooms feature balconies with wooden railings, adding a traditional touch and offering privacy to the residents while allowing them to enjoy the views.
