The 1960's property was extended and internally modified to create a modern open plan ground floor accommodating a kitchen, dining area, study and lounge area. The colour scheme was predominantly white to create a fresh, light interior, using the client's own artwork and sculpture to bring feature colours to the space.
High quality finishes and furnishings were used to enhance the new larger spaces.
The view to the garden was maximised using bi-fold sliding doors, reducing the visual barrier to the outside with a seamless transition to the adjacent garden deck area.
