A timeless atmosphere defines the new 5,300 m² office space occupying three floors of the B32 Building on São Paulo’s Faria Lima Avenue. Designed by Anastassiadis Arquitetos, the new headquarters of the investment bank embodies the essence of the brand and reflects a long-standing partnership of over two decades between the client and the architecture firm. This is their fourth project together and marks a natural evolution, while preserving core values that have remained constant over the years.
The main entrance is located on the 14th floor, where an open view provides a glimpse into the bank's operations in real time. A large LED panel displaying stock market data emphasizes the dynamic nature of the financial environment.
The architectural language remains consistent with the previous office – a 1,600 m² space located at another address. Wide corridors encourage walking side by side, while the absence of sharp corners enhances comfort. Noble materials suggest longevity: striking stones like Gris Armani and smooth or slatted graywood alternate to create rhythm and visual interest in transitional areas.
Meeting and client rooms are transparent, featuring polarized glass that can turn opaque when privacy is needed. Curved lines soften the architecture, while wooden ceilings add warmth and intimacy. In the employee lounge areas, indoor landscaping brings a sense of freshness and relief to the dense program.
