“Prisma suites” is a high-end residential development located in the heart of Voula in Athens. The project aims to set new aesthetic standards, by featuring cutting edge architectural forms and construction techniques.
Escaping the classic plot layout, the building mass spreads on the periphery of the land, introducing a novel masterplan approach that increases the natural ventilation and natural lighting of the units.
This approach places the trademark façade, one of the core elements of the project, on the edge of the plot. The refined horizontal language of the balconies along with the prismatic subtractions achieved by innovative construction techniques, allow for super slim edge finishes. To counterbalance the strong horizontal elements, bold vertical geometries are employed to signify the entrance of the building.
On the ground level, the enclosed layout of the masterplan creates an interior garden & swimming pool, shared by two premium apartments. The double height living room spaces offer an ample view towards the garden, a quality often found only in private villas.
The penthouses are connected to the private roof gardens located at the top of the building, featuring plunge pools and uninterrupted privileged views of the surrounding area.
