The concept behind this project was to create an open air market style within an existing space.
The market is 18,000 SF of space with a multitude of food vendors representing their individual artisanal food. The space has five different markets, one each for meat, pasta, seafood, cheese and salads and vegetables. it also has a large bakery section, a small market to purchase items to take home and two restaurants. One a pizzeria and the other a higher end osteria.
