This project is founded on a reinterpretation of one of architecture’s most archaic archetypes: the pitched, triangular form. A geometry that simultaneously recalls the notion of the primordial shelter and embodies abstract concepts of stability, concentration, and stillness. In this design, geometry is not merely a tool for spatial organization, but the primary language through which the project is articulated.
The architectural volume is defined through minimal formal intervention and maximum geometric clarity. Openings and cuts are precisely inscribed within this pure mass to emphasize the relationship between solid and void, light and shadow, presence and absence. The circular aperture on the main façade functions as a point of visual suspension, tempering the tension of the inclined lines while conceptually mediating between interior and exterior.
The lateral façades, composed of a rhythmic and semi-transparent structural system, establish an intermediate layer between the building and its surrounding context—neither fully closed nor entirely open. This in-between condition enables a gradual spatial experience and challenges the conventional rigidity of architectural boundaries.
Light in this project is not treated as a decorative element, but as a spatial substance. During the day, natural light penetrates the volume in a controlled manner, generating a calm and evenly diffused interior atmosphere. At night, artificial light radiates outward, transforming the building into a legible and luminous presence within the dark landscape.
This project seeks to articulate a quiet yet meaningful architecture—one that, through the reduction of form, the elimination of excess, and a focus on lived spatial experience, invites contemplation and pause.
