The nature of the project: The almost complete renovation of the residence. Divisions were added to the first floor, creating different environments for the lobby, living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen, which has been relocated, has become the heart of the house with its lounge, kitchenette featuring a television, small office and large center island that allows the chef to cook with his family or his guests in a friendly atmosphere.
The objective: Creating a welcoming atmosphere in an environment that is both stylish and convenient for a well-filled family and social life.
The concept: Glamour Californian, in connection with the exterior architecture of the house of a Californian style. This theme is reflected in the vaulted walls that divide the ground floor. It is also found in the play of textures in the lounge, the artistic work over the fireplace (created entirely by the design firm) and in the impact created by the majestic central staircase.
The landscape: The exterior has been designed as an extension to the kitchen. The same color spectrum, style and atmosphere is found outside of the house.
