The residential district with social & business zone is going to be located within the planned area. Social & business zone will be arranged mostly along the first floor area perimeter. Multistoried office buildings are planned along Solovata Yulaeva Prospect. They form a buffer zone which screens the residential buildings from the high-traffic non-stop major highway. The territory of the “Former Ancient Ufimskaya Fortress” is situated on the part of the planned district. Location of the former fortress walls lines is considered while working out of the building sketch. These areas are not rebuilt. The existing historical buildings within the developed territory are reconstructed with the proper function changes.
A children’s pre-school institution for 150 places is planned on the territory. Its’ location in the center of the designed area is determined by its’ maximum protection from the streets and optimal accessibility from each district point. In accordance to the sharply defined relief of the designed area and its’ limited square, the school area is going to be located beyond the developed district and settled along the south-eastern border of the Jameh Mosgue territory. Variable storey buildings are planned on the territory (including 2-24-storey buildings). The building number of storeys increases towards the Pervomaiskaya Square. The maximum number of storeys buildings (of 23-24 storeys) are located near the Friendship Monument. They provide a visual accent from the city entrance side and increase the monument value within the city structure.
A visual and pedestrian axis which connects the Great Jameh Mosgue and Pervomaiskaya Square - is the important element in the district composition. The main pedestrian street is arranged along Kommunisticheskaya Street inside the district. It goes on the bottom of the improved coulee. The social zone with improved public garden and artificial pond is arranged in the central part of the pedestrian street.
The underground & semi-underground parking lots will be provided to support the district with car park places.
In addition to the planned open sports grounds the project provides for arrangement of the sports & leisure center with the swimming pool of about 5000 sq.m. total square.
