Perched gracefully on the verdant periphery of Faridabad, where the urban sprawl graciously yields to the undulating embrace of greenery, Premansh emerges not merely as a domicile, but as a sanctuary of contemplative repose. From its vantage, the villa surveys the majestic Aravalli Hills, an unbroken panorama that instills a sense of serenity both profound and abiding. For Shasha, a connoisseur of design, the creation of this villa transcended the mundane act of construction—it was an exercise in architectural poesy, a harmonious orchestration of space, light, and materiality.
Shasha’s perspicacity and cultivated aesthetic sensibilities proved indispensable. Her engagement was not perfunctory but penetrative; every decision, every nuance of spatial choreography, was informed by her insistence on subtlety, restraint, and elegance. Paramount among her directives was the imperative to maximize vistas of the Aravalli Hills from every habitable nook, ensuring that the natural spectacle beyond the walls became a co-inhabitant of the interior spaces. Terraced gardens, layered balconies, and thoughtfully recessed openings conspire to drape the edifice in a verdant cloak, while sunlight, filtered and moderated through carefully designed overhangs, animates the interiors with a soft, celestial glow.
Within, the language of design is one of austere sophistication. Walls, unmarred and unencumbered, allow the intrinsic allure of materials—European oak ceilings that whisper warmth, limestone floors that capture the ephemeral play of daylight—to take precedence over ornamentation. The spatial arrangement eschews rigidity; the living area, furnished with muted, low-slung seating, invites languid conversation and unhurried communion, while the dining area, modestly elevated, is punctuated by a sculptural luminaire that commands attention with refined subtlety rather than ostentation. Indoor greenery, judiciously positioned, extends the embrace of the surrounding forest, bridging interior and exterior with a seamless, almost poetic, continuity.
Premansh is not a monument to ostentation; it is an ode to equilibrium. Under Shasha’s meticulous guidance, it offers not spectacle, but sanctuary—a rhythmic cadence of light, air, and tranquility. Here, architecture listens, breathes, and converses, inviting its denizens to partake in a life suffused with serenity, contemplation, and the ineffable pleasure of a home that harmonizes with the eternal grandeur of the Aravalli Hills.
