The house is contructructed from pre-fabricated elements - steel frame, pre-fabricated sandwich panels, ready made furniture elements, shelving panels in particular, which are cental in the design and work as space dividing elements in the house. The key concept of design in flexibilty as panels are fixed on the rail and can be easily moved by the person, or by the electrical power, with the engine hidden under the floor, which is suitable for disabled people too. The panels are convinient oiption for economic and flexible use of the space, as the functions can be adapted to the taste and convenience of the client.The house is equiped with underfloor services, the most sustainable option for the use of the maintance of the space and the easiest option to fix in case of damage. The electic supply is also connected witht he shelving panels and certain furniture units for creation of atmosphere by the means of lighting. Service supply to the toilet and bathroom is hidden in the trasmittionSleeve. The functional area of the toilet is 3.2 sq m; the toilet room includes toilet cabin, sink and shower, it economises functional area and use of water , therfore acts as a sustainable solution.Bedroom is equiped with upfolding bed, hidden behind the shelving panel 600 mm wide, which acts as a wardrobe. This qualities allow the space to have enough storage area for clothes, bedding and personal things. This wardrobe is static, however bedroom space also includes the second shelving unit, which divides this space from the toilet area and if moved changes the position of the furniture. The other side of the bathroom area has office shelving panel, which acts as the second wall for the space. The shelving unit includes the storage space needed for stationary, books and computer. This area is so called studio' space, and can be only set when the bedroom is enclosed by the movable unit. Studio space in the house is also enclosed by the shelving units which act as walls and create pricvacy for the client. The living room has a movable sofa, which can be placed according to the mood and taste of the client; the space also has dining area and kitchette. The flexible dining table fixed inside the wall unit and folds up in case the space needs to be transformed into party area.Kitchen includes all necesaary equipment within the wall panel and the room has access to the storage area and laundrunette. The acces is only possible when the shelving unit in kitchen is moved.The primary and the most important concept for the design of the house is flexibilty. The main advantage is possibility to adapt the spaces according to the needs of the client, his taste and mood, refresh the atmosphere and surrounding. Another consideration is adaptability of the design to the site, as the compact form can be fitted anywhere in the world, following the idea of Mies Van der Rohe, which is about time of rapid changing function and the design following this idea. We can say that this design of the house is a modern sustainable approach to his idea, therefore, sustainable concepts as important consideration - compact form, prefabricated elements, quick erection, position of opennings and flexibilty of interior space, recycled materials, grey water renewal system, rain water collectors and filters prove the builiding to be sustainable architectural design.
