The project consists of
three dissimilar pre-cast concrete forms; garage, house and swimming pool,
emerging from the steeply sloping landscape. The garage allows access across
its roof to the living area on the upper floor of the house, which rises as
high as possible to maximise views to Dublin bay and the city beyond. The
swimming pool emerges from the ground providing a sheltered terrace to the
south of the house, the relationship between the forms allowing the site to be
occupied without being controlled.
